		<description>Great Information.  I do consulting work for builders and realtors and the big challenge that is impacting home sales is that buyers are waiting for the market to hit bottom.  The problem is, buyers will not know that the market hit the bottom until they already missed it and the interest rates and home prices start moving back up.  My recommendation to home buyers is buy now.  We are at the bottom.</description>
