Mortgage Rates Week Capstone May 15, 2009 (Chart)

What a great week for Mortgage Rates in May! This is the first week since March 19th that MBS have bucked the trend and remained positive all week.  Is the is precursor to an increase in rates? I am not going to analyze this weekend but just the quick inherent feeling that 4.375 is way too low for a 30 yr is too low is my statement. More functional analysis to come, just not feeling good!
